Ezra LeBank

MOVEMENT director


Ezra LeBank is the Head of Movement and Professor of Theatre Arts at California State University Long Beach. He is the resident Movement Director for California Repertory Company, and Founding Director of Bossy Flyer. He has coached movement including character, acrobatics, physical comedy, and intimacy for over 100 film & theatre productions since 2006.

Ezra is a global leader in theatrical movement education, regularly contributing to Digital Theatre Plus (UK) through articles and seminars, and presenting workshops worldwide in movement for digital media, contact improvisation, acrobatics, and clown. His book CLOWNS is published by Routledge (UK).

Ezra lives in the Arts District in downtown Los Angeles. He is available in the Los Angeles area, and by arrangement nationally and internationally.
